2 Mascoma Street


2 Mascoma Street in Lebanon, NH, is home to a former supermarket, smaller commercial enterprises and a restaurant. Originally developed in the 1970’s, the site has struggled to remain commercially viable, precipitated by a number of factors, among them: poor access, a challenging topography, and pressures from the development of commercial centers outside of the downtown. Studio Nexus developed a master plan for its revitalization, which includes: two new apartment buildings, the interior build-out of the existing commercial building, parking and landscaping. Shepherding the project through numerous City Council, Zoning Board, and Planning Board hearings, Studio Nexus gained approval for the master plan and its buildings. Construction is slated to begin in the near future.
