Pinnacle Co-Housing

Studio Nexus collaborated with ORW Landscape Architects and Stuart White, Architect to create a master plan for 24 units of co-housing in a rural, lakeside site. Situated efficiently on 4 of the site’s 93 acres, residents’ homes either are attached to the shared community building or situated in four- or five-plexes arranged in a compact design to preserve open space, maximize community, and minimize the environmental footprint.
