Springfield Master Plan

This Main Street Master Plan for Springfield provides a vision and guide for improvements to public spaces and infrastructure that can leverage private investment and economic revitalization of Springfield’s downtown district. Studio Nexus worked with GPI Engineering to reimagine the heart of this proud city, providing planning and conceptual design for the renovation and repurposing of two of the city’s riverside industrial building complexes.
